Janina Eberhart

Janina Eberhart is a NAEd/Spencer Postdoctoral Fellow, researching children’s cognitive development in educational contexts. Her work focuses on the development of children’s self-regulation, executive functions, and metacognition, as well as interventions to promote these skills in educational settings. The goal of her NAEd/Spencer project is to identify commonalities in effective metacognition interventions and to develop inexpensive, easy-to-implement metacognition kernels for elementary school classrooms.
