Lily Massaro is a Research Manager at the EASEL Lab, where she works on projects centered around equity and inclusion in U.S. and international settings. Lily currently supports the team from Brooklyn, NY. Her research interests include equity-focused SEL, school climate, and strengthening developmental relationships. Lily holds an Ed.M. in Human Development and Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Psychology and Education Studies from Middlebury College.
