Chelsea Rubin works as a Training Specialist at the EASEL Lab, where she supports multiple research-practice partnerships both domestically and internationally. Her work focuses on developing and facilitating training and coaching sessions for educators and other adults within school communities to promote their wellbeing and social and emotional competencies. Before joining the EASEL lab, Chelsea spent the last decade working in Asia as an SEL curriculum designer, teacher educator, and academic program director. Chelsea holds an M.Ed in Curriculum &amp; Instruction with an emphasis in Social &amp; Emotional Learning from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
